Hi, my name is Mark and I am a fitness coach & PT with EL-ES Health & Personal Training and at the
North Tyneside Kettlebell & Fitness Club. I also coach part time as a freelance trainer at Unit 13 Gym in Shiremoor.
Trainer and Client positivity is integral to achieving great results; I am a firm believer in an "I CAN" attitude with motivation playing a key role in my ability as a fitness coach and personal trainer. My aim is to ensure that all of our members and clients work to the best of their abilities and to continue to make progress whilst having fun and enjoyment during their training. Personal development is an all important factor in my ability to provide even more for our clients and I continue to develop my professional fitness knowledge by working towards further health and fitness qualifications.
