Your PT will also go through your current nutrition and advise accordingly using the standards set by the healthy eating guidelines laid out by the NHS (Eat Well Guidelines)
Full Instruction Given
Your EL-ES PT will teach you, as a client, the most appropriate and correct way to perform each exercise movement within your routine. Your PT will ensure you perform the movement correctly by showing you how to execute the movement and they will observe as you carry this out so they can correct any issues with your posture and / or your technique. It is important that you learn the correct way to perform each exercise as this will reduce any risk of injury. The instruction your PT offers you will pave the way in giving you the knowledge and courage to be able to do the exercises on your own at home or within one of our classes with our sister small group training provider at NTKFC; getting professional fitness instruction with EL-ES can benefit you in many ways you wouldn't have previously considered.
You will stay Motivated
A common reason why people give up on exercise or are sporadic in their attendance at classes or in the gym is due to a lack of self motivation. It can difficult to maintain levels of motivation when you exercise on your own. Sessions with an EL-ES personal trainer will enhance your motivation and help you to continue regularly working out. Whether or not you train with a PT for every session, it is knowing that you're soon to meet for another session will motivate you to keep on going. During your workout your EL-ES personal trainer is able to make the most of your time spent with them; this can increase the efficiency of your exercise program. An example of this is if you don't have your usual time to devote yourself to the session and have to cut your 1-hour training session short one day .
